HWP, Word, Excel, PPT, HTML, text, and image files can be converted to PDF.
You can also export PDFs to HWP, Word, Excel, PPT, image, text, and HTML formats through [File] -> [Export]. However, due to differences in versions and environments, the reverse conversion export feature may not perfectly preserve the original layout.

When sharing a document, you can designate viewers by [First-come, First-served] or [Specified Email]. First-come, first-served allows access only up to the set number of users in order of connection. Specified email allows only users logged in with approved email accounts to view the document.
This works in the same way as the existing editor 3.0 DRM service. When completed, the file is saved with '_drm' added to the file name. The name can be changed.

You can issue as many codes as needed for a document and share both the document and the codes when distributing it. Viewers open the secured file by entering a code.

If the start date is left blank, access begins immediately. If the expiration date is left blank, access has no expiration. IP access restriction allows viewing only from specified IP addresses and supports CIDR notation.

Viewing can be limited to up to five devices per code.
If offline viewing is allowed, viewers can open the document without a network connection, which is suitable for commercial distribution. Issued codes can be managed by downloading them as a TXT file or copying all codes, and their used/unused status can be checked or stopped in My Page.

You can sign up by entering your email address and password, agreeing to the required terms including age 14 or older, Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy, and completing email verification. The verification link is valid for 24 hours.

내 정보의 [계정관리]에서 비밀번호를 변경이 가능하고, 로그인창에서도 비밀번호 변경 가능합니다. 로그인 5회 이상 실패 시 5분 후 재시도하라는 안내가 표시됩니다.
You can change your password in [Account Management] under My Info, and you can also change it from the login screen. If login fails five or more times, a message will ask you to try again after five minutes.

공유받기 전에 생성자에게 열람 방식이 선착순인지 메일 지정인지 확인하면 좋습니다.
Download and install the program, then sign up and log in. For the View Access Restriction method, log in with the designated email address to view the document. For the View Authentication Code method, open the file and enter the code received from the creator to open the secured file.
